DO WE OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are shipped PRIORITY mail and can take 2-12 weeks to receive . Additional International fees and/or custom fees may apply.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO GET?
Order according to your bra or shirt size. If your midsection is big go UP one size. We recommend measuring your waist for better accuracy. Also use the charts provided by each shapewear, this will eliminate the risk of ordering the incorrect size.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail. We like to give a window period of 7-14 business days on domestic orders however, shipping can take 1-7 business days.
Once your order is ready to be shipped you will automatically receive a tracking number to the email address on file. Once shipped you will receive your product in 1-3 days (depending on the efficiency of your local Post office).
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
We can file a claim however, we are not responsible for any lost items after shipment. Please call your local post office with your tracking number or log onto www.usps.com. We also offer insurance and signature confirmation upon request for an additional cost.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
We will grant an exchange in the event that you received the wrong item. The item must be sent back the following business day. Unworn, in new condition and MUST be in it's original packaging.
